They got their general building contractor license by the California license board and have been constructing under the license number #B922522.  Radd Construction specializes in new construction, home additions and remodels.

With an eye for style and maximizing functional use of space, Radd Construction provides design, architecture, project planning, and construction from concept to the smallest of finishing touches. We are certified in Green efficiency, which is energy saving and drought approved construction, now a requirement for city permits in additions and new construction.

In addition to our excellent project managers, Elias personally oversees every project. Elias is briefed daily by our 'Project-Build Team' and conducts onsite meetings, when needed, with the architect, client, and subcontractors. Every detail is scrutinized at all phases of construction, beginning with the bid phase, to assure a smooth and efficient custom home build.

Our extensive experience in obtaining city permits and inspection approvals keeps things running smooth, on time and on budget. 

Our work style is supportive and collaborative. Throughout the entire project, we work closely with the design team to ensure every nuance of the original plan is executed perfectly.

Our final walk-thru is thorough and meticulous. We provide a checklist of items to be reviewed to help make sure everything is working properly, trim and finishes are carefully inspected. Any areas that require touch-ups or attention are added to a 'punch list' and are corrected before the move-in date.
